If you are not satisfied, you have to ship yourself to an address (that we will provided to you) no more than 14 days after you received the Airkonv. The device has to be checked before we will refund to you in the same way that you paid for it (Paypal or bank transfer). The device has to stay in the original conditions. Any small damages can trigger a deduction for replacement on your refund (an email will be send to you before). The packaging has to protect the device has it as been shipped to you. The condition of the packaging will be tolerated to be damaged.

You need to contact us before to ship to us at [email protected]. We will provide to you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address where to ship back. Do not attempt to ship back without a RMA number as we might not refund in this case.

You have to email to us the tracking link to avoid any confusions where about is the device and to have a proof that we have received it back.

This policy is available only for USA, Australia, France and Canada.
For others countries, even the shipping back to the closest country can trigger some extra fees  and custom duty that we can not support and pay for it. Others country are therefore subject to the normal return policy.
